How do I download the app?
Little Loop is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Search for "Little Loop" or ask your school for a direct link.
How do I create an account?
Accounts are created by your school. You will receive an invitation link via email or WhatsApp from your school administrator. Follow the link to set up your password and get started.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen. Enter your email address and you will receive a password reset link. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact your school.
I'm not receiving push notifications.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Little Loop in your phone's settings. On iPhone, go to Settings > Notifications > Little Loop. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Little Loop > Notifications.
How do I update my child's information?
Open the app, go to the Children tab, select your child, and tap the edit icon. You can update medical details, emergency contacts, dietary requirements, and more.
Can I use Little Loop for more than one child?
Yes. If you have multiple children at the same school, they will all appear under your Children tab. If your children attend different schools on Little Loop, you can switch between schools from the dashboard.
How do I manage photo consent for my child?
Go to your child's profile and tap the Consents section. You can independently manage consent for internal communications photos, marketing photos, and emergency medical authorisation.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion through the app under Settings, or visit our account deletion page at littleloopapp.co.za/delete-account. You can also email us at hello@littleloopapp.co.za.
I'm a school administrator. How do I get Little Loop for my school?
Visit littleloopapp.co.za and fill in the quote request form. We will send you a tailored quote and implementation plan within 24 hours.
